Position Summary<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Reporting to and working with the Senior Developer and Team Leader to help organizations achieve<\/p>\n

goals with software-based solutions. The primary responsibility is to write instructions that enable<\/p>\n

computers to implement a software program. They may also repair, modify and update existing<\/p>\n

programs. Other developer job duties include testing websites, providing support and performing<\/p>\n

maintenance tasks such as repairing bugs and errors, as well as developing workarounds.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Developers may also query end users to gather new or additional application requirements, and then<\/p>\n

discuss them with management to determine which features should be incorporated. In addition,<\/p>\n

developers often create new or update existing web system design and workflow documents, and<\/p>\n

develop or enhance applications using a variety of languages, tools and techniques. Common<\/p>\n

programming languages and environments include HTML, VB, C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, SQL, JavaScript,<\/p>\n

Android and XML. In many cases, developers specialize in a particular software package or coding<\/p>\n

language.<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

– Knowledge of programming procedures and programming languages.<\/p>\n

– Ability to process computer data and to format and generate reports.<\/p>\n

– Ability to implement and troubleshoot programming changes and modifications.<\/p>\n

– Knowledge of computer flow charts and of programming logic and codes.<\/p>\n

– Ability to write technical instructions in the use of programs and\/or program modifications.<\/p>\n

– Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions.<\/p>\n

– Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.<\/p>\n

– Work with users requires interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n

– Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or information technology.<\/p>\n

– Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs of the systems<\/p>\n

Position Summary<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Reporting to and working with the Team Leader to help organizations achieve goals with software-based<\/p>\n

solutions. Often, they specialize in a particular software package or coding language. These information<\/p>\n

technology professionals may update existing software or develop new programs to address a specific<\/p>\n

need or solve a particular problem.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Some senior developers may assist other computer information systems staff. They may coordinate the<\/p>\n

installation of new software systems, train staff on how to use software and provide ongoing support.<\/p>\n

Preparing reports, writing proposals, updating project specifications and publishing updates may also be<\/p>\n

among a software developer\u2019s responsibilities.<\/p>\n

Team Leader <\/span>\u00a0( 1 Position)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Position Summary<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Reporting to and working with the Project Manager to provide leadership and direction to developers in order<\/p>\n

to develop information systems by studying operations, analyzing, designing, developing, installing software<\/p>\n

solutions and providing necessary supports.\u00a0Be expected to manage the workload across the development team to ensure the project is delivered to<\/p>\n

budget, quality and timescales as well as performing as day-to-day technical lead for the developers in your<\/p>\n

team.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Team leader often interact with overseas customers via telephone conferences or instant messaging. They<\/p>\n

generally work in an office setting. Some overtime work may be occasionally required, particularly when<\/p>\n

preparing for a new software release.<\/p>\n

– Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle<\/p>\n
